Wren Bleisch, MA, LLC (She/Her)
Every Part of You Has Something to Say
Wren believes that every emotion, symptom, and part of you has something important to communicate. When we slow down and listen with curiosity and compassion, even the most painful experiences can begin to soften, creating space for healing and greater self-understanding. Many of us have learned to hide or disconnect from parts of ourselves in order to feel accepted. Therapy can offer a different experience: a space where you can gradually let your guard down, feel more at ease, and develop a greater sense of safety and connection with yourself and others.

Therapy with Wren is warm, supportive, and collaborative, grounded in genuine human connection. Her approach integrates empathy, directness, somatic awareness and movement, and emotional exploration, always guided by your individual needs and goals. Together, you’ll develop curiosity about the patterns and experiences that shape how you move through the world, while exploring what can help bring greater balance to your nervous system and help you feel more at home in yourself. Along the way, you’ll build practical tools to support emotional regulation, resilience, self-compassion, and a greater sense of hope.
Wren is especially passionate about supporting women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and members of marginalized communities who are navigating relationship challenges, perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of difficult, traumatic, or oppressive experiences. She practices with cultural humility and deep respect for each client’s identity, lived experience, and individual needs. Her goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward greater authenticity, connection, and well-being.
